I just got motorcycle insurance yesterday, after comparing services and prices for different coverage and assorted prorated add-ons if I changed my mind. Progressive came in a full $75 a year cheaper than Geico for the exact same combination of liability, uninsured motorist and collision.

I have always used an agent for my car insurance but I thought I’d see if GEICO or Progressive had the best rates. I was surprised after completing your quote form to find out that it was actually a different company that had the lowest car insurance rates! Thanks a ton!

Thanks for your great article and website. I used to have Progressive insurance, but switched to GEICO about a year ago. I think they were pretty close in price at the time tho.
